Company Overview

XPECT Solutions, LLC is a mission-focused federal IT services company supporting law enforcement, national security, and public safety customers across the U.S. federal government. We partner closely with our customers to solve complex operational challenges through high-quality delivery, disciplined execution, and exceptional people.

Our growth is driven by both organic expansion and strategic acquisitions.

Talent is a core enabler of that strategy, and recruiting at Xpect is treated as a business-critical function, not a transactional HR activity.

Role Overview

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a critical role in supporting Xpect’s continued growth by identifying, engaging, and coordinating high-quality talent for priority federal IT programs. This role is execution-oriented and requires strong sourcing instincts, operational discipline, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment.

This is not a passive or purely administrative recruiting role. Success requires ownership, follow-through, and close collaboration with hiring managers, program leadership, and operations.

The ideal candidate is a proactive, relationship-driven recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands the nuances of cleared hiring, compliance, and candidate engagement.

  • Provide clear, timely communication and status updates to candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Track requisitions, candidate progress, and outcomes with strong attention to detail

Offer Support & Onboarding Coordination

  • Support the offer process, including compensation alignment and offer delivery coordination
  • Collect required pre-employment and onboarding documentation in partnership with operations and HR
  • Ensure a smooth handoff from recruiting to onboarding and program delivery teams

  • Contribute to weekly recruiting activity reports, including:
    • Pipeline health
