Job Overview

XPECT Solutions is looking for a dedicated and dynamic Senior Relationship Manager to support their Federal Customers mission critical work in Washington, DC. The Senior Relationship Manager will work supporting the FBI’s Office of Public Sector (OPS), you will play a pivotal role in advancing the Bureau’s mission to strengthen national security through enhanced collaboration with the private sector.

This team is responsible for a broad range of technological and strategic responsibilities—from developing secure digital platforms and testing emerging technologies, to crafting impactful communication products and participating in Interagency working groups. By helping design innovative solutions that foster trust and engagement, you will contribute to the FBI’s efforts to build resilient partnerships that protect the nation’s people, infrastructure, and information.

Core Responsibilities (will include but not be limited to):
  • Act as the primary point of contact (POC) for specific group of internal and external partners.
  • Build knowledge of government and private sector processes.
  • Appropriately direct partner questions or concerns to proper POCs.
  • Identify and anticipate potential connections or impacts to assigned partner group and working with management 
  • to message and/or address issues that arise.
  • Partner with other units to draft executive and high-profile materials, communications, products, etc.
  • Gather and analyze partner feedback and input using electronic/telephonic surveys.
  • Analyze and craft recommendations around new processes/policies/tools based on feedback.
  • Develop and implement business processes to include but not be limited to membership, vetting, field partner
  • identification, communication flows, and private sector campaign proposals.
  • Attend and support executive and high-profile in-person events and webinars.
  • Brief Senior leaders and executives on the status of the program status
  • Draft professional polished and effective written messages to internal and external stakeholders

Requirements
  • ACTIVE TOP-SECRET CLEARANCE w/ the ability to obtain an SCI
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Ten (10) or more years of relevant experience.
  • Experience working at the highest levels of government organizations or private sector corporations (Capitol Hill, Pentagon, DHS, etc.)
  • Experience providing expertise and customer service to customers and stakeholders.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with emphasis on communicating detailed analysis, recommendation to customers, and executive-level briefings.
  • Demonstration of political savvy, ability to navigate difficult conversations, and clear understanding of information boundaries.
  • Experience working independently and in collaborative environments.
  • Working proficiency with Microsoft Office Products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
